The Workshop was excellent.  Swan is a great instructor and Shaman.  I am forever grateful for his gift and the knowledge he shared with us during the workshop. I had asked Swan to work on my lungs...Early on in the session Swan had asked about a little girl, about the age of 3. He then asked if I'd had any intolerance to milk. When I was about 6, I had been taken to the doctor's because I had complained about stomach aches and not feeling well at bedtime.  I was put on a diet that restricted milk and dairy intake. Swan's question opened a memory of me lying in bed with my eyes squinted fixed on the light and worrying that the house would catch on fire. I would cry, now I remember I was that little girl. There had been a fire, but she/I didn't burn - She/I died from asphyxiation. My god I get it, my lungs. Swan also helped me get to the truth that I had actually started the fire. Everything is now making sense. Growing up I had been 'afraid' of matches. In Junior High, in chemistry class I was supposed to light a Bunsen burner and could not. I was afraid. For me, knowing that truth and bringing it into my awareness was the key that opened the door of opportunity to make a shift and change.  By the end of the session I was already breathing easier, both literally and figuratively.  And as if, all that wasn't enough, I received one last awesome gift and reminder of this whole experience that manifested itself in such an unbelievable way that words can't even begin to describe the feeling that washed over me.  When the session was over I stood up, went to pick up my water bottle and laying there beside it, on the table, out of nowhere, was a burnt match.
